Asked for rental coverage for a daughter going to college. Was told it was covered under my homeowners. Was subsequently provided a fire declarations page because the apartment complex needed proof. This was sent to me by Bill Cole's employees in response to my query for insurance for my daughter's apartment. Later, when black mold took over the apartment, I then am told that I'm not covered at all.
